Amanda, RPN | Cosmetic Nurse Injector
Amanda embarked on her nursing journey following her graduation from Mohawk College's Practical Nursing program in April 2020. Since then, she has been a devoted bedside nurse in Brantford, Ontario, providing care to patients across various units. She has received extensive clinical training on the inpatient medical floors, focusing on injections, vital sign monitoring, patient assessments, and care provision. During her time on the integrated stroke unit, she applied her abilities conducting neurological exams, addressing stroke risk factors, and effectively managing emergent situations. Amanda's well-developed skills and caring nature set the stage for her future nursing career.
Amanda's clear goal from the start of her nursing journey was to master the art of administering injections and become a part of the Monaco team. After completing the Practical Nursing program she took The Art and Applications Cosmetic Injections Course with Monaco Medical Aesthetics. This extensive practical and hands-on training included Dermal Fillers for Upper and Lower Facial Augmentation and Botulinum Toxin A Cosmetic Injections. Her passion for aesthetics drives her mission to boost confidence and reveal the inner beauty of her patients.
Before entering the nursing field, Amanda worked in the Aerospace industry, contributing to the construction of private jets. While sealing parts of the wing it required a steady hand and artistic skills which would follow into her future career. Her early twenties were marked by adventurous traveling to her favorite places which include the beautiful mountains in Banff and Canmore, Cuba, Mexico, Dominican Republic, Las Vegas, and her all time favorite place , Jamaica. Europe is next!
When Amanda isn’t working she spends her time cooking, spending time with her family and friends and spoiling her cat Sylvester.
