Summer, RPN | Cosmetic Nurse Injector
Summer is a true Hamiltonian, born and raised in the country side on the mountain of Hamilton , she grew up taking care of animals and learning to care for others watching her Mother care for her patients as a nurse she always knew she would be a nurse as well from a young age. She pursued her dream of becoming a nurse at the age of 19 in 2018 at Seneca College in Toronto, from a young age she always loved watching Dermatology shows, had a skin care routine from the age of 12 & loved to practice facials on family members.
She always knew she would love to help others feel good and beautiful about themselves. After completing the Registered Practical Nursing Diploma she continued her passion for pursuing aesthetics by taking the Medical Aesthetic Practitioner Program at Centennial College for Nurses where they focused on Lasers, Skincare & Injectables Theory. After completing this course she has invested in multiple trainings for hands on skills for injectables including the APT Botox & Hyaluronic Acid Fillers Course, Lip Design Course, and attended the Global Aesthetics Conference in Miami.
Summer continues to seek educational opportunities and trainings as she feels it is crucial to stay up to date in aesthetics for client safety and best results. Summer’s nursing experience includes working in Dermatology, Plastic Surgery & Urgent Care, with a good knowledge of skincare and training with Allergan in the MD code’s program for injectables.
When Summer isn’t working at Monaco you can find her exploring new trails and hikes with her Bernese puppy Scout, trying new food places, and attending music festivals and concerts. Fun fact: Summer raised Chickens on her parents small farm & is an animal lover, she also loves to support her local community by couponing in her spare time and donating essential items to local food banks.
