Annie Do

Annie Do, RPN, joined the Monaco team in September 2018. Close friends and family always knew her as hardworking, determined and a goal oriented individual. Annie is a graduate of the Personal Support Worker (PSW) in 2013 and a graduate of the Practical Nursing program at George Brown College in 2015. Annie maintains her affiliation with the College of Nurses of Ontario and is an active member of Register Practical Nurse Association of Ontario.

Since the age of 14, Annie was involved in the beauty and fashion industry as she modeled in a run way fashion show for the Art Gallery of Hamilton for two consecutive years. While studying, she spent time modeling for Elements Magazine and was featured in the Holiday Winter issue. Despite Annie’s close passion within the beauty industry, she was determined to further her education and become a valued member of the healthcare sector as a Nurse.

Annie began her nursing career in Toronto at The Wexford Long Term Care, where she worked alongside various members of the Interdisciplinary team to assist patients with their activities of daily living. Her nursing career continued to flourish as she was able to work at Providence Health Care Hospital where she focused in rehabilitating patients within the community. Annie also spent her summers working with youths as a Charge Nurse in Dunville at Centauri Arts Summer Camp. In 2017, Annie left The Wexford in order develop her Nursing skills and began working for WellOne Medical Centre. At WellOne, she easily integrated herself as a valued member of the interdisciplinary team and shortly earned the position of Charge Nurse. Annie found interest in the cosmetic field and enrolled herself into the medical aesthetic course at Centennial College for this upcoming spring 2019. Currently, Annie maintains an active role in cardiology and orthopedics at Providence Health Care Hospital while working full time at Monaco.

Since graduating the Practical Nursing program in 2015, Annie has focused on growing as an individual. She focused on following her passions in both healthcare and beauty, and has found her niche providing clients with life changing services. Annie’s motto, “Status Do,” is to break out of the status quo by expressing her unique cosmetic talents as a nurse and providing her clients with quality services. She has trained in laser and light therapy, lash extensions, microblading, teeth whitening, facials, B12 injections and cosmetic injections. Annie hopes to inspire others to join her as well as be part of her client’s cosmetic journey.
