Sexuality Program for Women

What is the sexuality program for women?
At Monaco Rejuvenation, we offer a Sexual Health Program for women combining full hormone balancing, the O-shot and our custom compounded “Orgasm Cream”. Patients have reported improved orgasms and better vaginal lubrication from this treatment protocol.

Bioindentical hormone replacement therapy for Women

We also offer additional benefits to women including treatment for menopause and perimenopausal women. Even though all women go through menopause, many are surprised at how quickly it comes on and the severity of the symptoms. Thanks to perimenopause, you may start to experience issues as early as your mid 30’s. Then there’s menopause itself, which doesn’t technically occur until you have gone a full 12 months without a menstrual period. Although there is considerable variation, 51 is the average age of menopause for North American women.

As if it wasn’t enough, many women continue to feel miserable with post-menopausal symptoms, it’s no wonder that women everywhere are demanding a better, more natural treatment that helps them feel their best and feel younger than they have in years.

How does the Women’s Health Program work?
ORGASM CREAM: Upon a successful health assessment, your Monaco health care professional will provide the ORGASM Cream to you. The ORGASM Cream  is applied 5-10 minutes before sexual activity to experience enhanced blood flow to the clitoris.

O-SHOT: Upon a successful health assessment, the O-Shot may be administered by your Monaco Nurse, which takes approximately 3 weeks to 3 months to see results to tighten the inner wall of the vagina, strengthen the bladder muscle and sensitize the clitoris to enhance sexual pleasure. Usually 1-3 sessions of the O-Shot are required over the period of one year.

SEXUALITY PROGRAM/WOMEN’S HEALTH: This program is designed to be customized for any woman at any age. A personalized and private consultation will be done involving blood work and a saliva test to ensure optimal dosing is used to help you feel and look your best.

As women age, their hormones begin to decline, and unfortunately, low libido can be a side effect. Other symptoms of hormone decline include trouble sleeping, brain fog, weight gain, joint pain, headaches, fatigue, anxiety and depressed moods. It’s important to know that low libido can also happen at other points in a woman’s life that affect hormone balance, such as after a hysterectomy, tubal ligation, or childbirth. The following hormones affect a woman’s sexual libido:

      1. Testosterone: This hormone is known as the hormone of desire and has the strongest effect on libido. It’s the primary driver of libido in both men and women. In women of reproductive age, testosterone levels peak at ovulation, stimulating a woman’s desire for sex. As women age, their testosterone levels begin to decline. When women undergo a total hysterectomy, they immediately lose 50 percent of their circulating testosterone.

      2. Estrogen: Too much or too little estrogen can have an effect on a woman’s moods which can contribute to low libido. Estrogen raises levels of the mood-boosting neurotransmitters serotonin, dopamine and beta-endorphins. When estrogen is not balanced by progesterone, it can be overstimulating , leading to irritability, anxiety and insomnia.

      3. Progesterone: During the luteal phase of the menstrual cycle (12 days following ovulation), sex drive and pleasure in sex tend to rise, partly due to rising levels of progesterone during that time. As women age, less progesterone is produced, which can cause hormone imbalance and infertility. In younger women, this can happen due to stress, poor diet and over-exercising.

      4. Thyroid Hormone: Thyroid insufficiencies can directly affect the libido and can indirectly affect it by impacting sex hormone production and activity. Hypothyroidism can cause fatigue which also affects libido.

      5. Cortisol: The stress of adrenal fatigue can cause low libido. If a woman has been living with stress for a long time, then her adrenal glands are unable to make enough cortisol to keep up with the body’s demands, causing fatigue and also affecting other hormones.
